Will try to improve further: Neeraj Chopra after breaking national record

 



Tokyo Olympic Games gold medallist Neeraj Chopra has focused on major games in the wake of enhancing his public record at the Paavo Nurmi Games in Finland on Tuesday.

The 24-year-old, who enlisted a best toss of 89.30m - - another individual best and public record, to complete behind Finland's Oliver Helander, who won gold with an individual best toss of 89.83m - - said that he would "take the deficiencies from here and refine it".

"This was my most memorable rivalry since the Tokyo Olympics and it went all around well as in the principal contest itself, I hit my own best toss and furthermore won the silver decoration. Presently I am holding back nothing couple of occasions which would be greater than this and obviously the Commonwealth Games, where I will confront a ton of contest," Neeraj was cited as saying by SAI.

He added that the occasion gave him a certainty lift and presently he plans to enhance what he realized at the Paavo Nurmi Games.
