Train ticket booking, refund, tatkal during coronavirus: What you must know

Indian Railways has continued tasks of around 200 trains, which will run from June 1. As per the Railway Ministry, these IRCTC unique trains will be notwithstanding the current Shramik Special trains being worked since May 1 just as Special AC trains (30 trains) being run since May 12. 1. Ticket booking
Ticket booking must be done through IRCTC site or IRCTC application. From today reserving/crossing out of held tickets will likewise be accessible at Post Offices,Yatri Ticket Suvidha Kendra licensees and through approved specialists of IRCTC alongside Passenger Reservation System counters of reservation focuses and Common Service Centers.
2. Advance ticket booking: Passengers must note that early booking period will be greatest for a time of 30 days as it were.

The Indian Railway’s ticketing portal has filed a complaint against a fake website selling tourism packages in its name and even has a copycat digital assistant.The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has warned the website (www.irctctour.com) is duping people with fraudulent transactions.
"The tourism portal is the website of IRCTC where the various tour packages and services of IRCTC are displayed," says the fake website, which copies the design and features of the genuine portal.IRCTC sent an email to its registered users and even had put up a message on its portal about the fake website.

IRCTC is the only entity authorised by the Indian Railways to provide online railway tickets, catering services to railways and packaged drinking water at railway stations and in trains. It is the world's second-busiest and highest of 1.5 million to 1.6 million tickets every day. Meanwhile, IRCTC Tourism offers tour facilities to over 1.05 million persons annually. The various tourism business segments of IRCTC include luxury train tours, Bharat darshan special tourist trains, rail tour packages, international and domestic air packages, land tour packages, hotel booking, etc. Its official portal is irctctourism.com.

Earlier, IRCTC warned its customers not to disclose any confidential information related to their account number, ATM card, PIN, TPIN, UPI details over phone or through e-mails. mjunction services has recently forayed into real estate vertical, auctioning commercial plots. Beyond UP, which other states are on your radar? Are you also looking at tie-ups with real estate developers?
mjunction entered the real estate sector with Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad and currently, we are customising the platform for Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) where e-auctions will begin soon. After we consolidate our position in Uttar Pradesh, we will target other states.

How does mjunction intend to expand its sports solutions vertical? Beyond cricket, how do you aim to engage other popular sports?

There is a large opportunity for sports federations to bring in transparency and efficiency in several areas. We have a tie up with Sporty Solutionz to create digital solutions for cricket as well as other sports.

In the Railways sector, what bigger deals are you looking to seal? Any partnership on the cards with subsidiaries and Rail centric companies like Rites, IRCTC, IRFC or RailTel?
