L&T bags water project in Jharkhand; to irrigate 22,283 hectares in Dumka

 

Designing major Larsen and Toubro (L&T) on Monday said it has sacked a huge undertaking from Jharkhand government for water system.

The undertaking imagines to give water to inundate 22,283 hectare of Culturable Command Area (CCA) in Dumka locale of Jharkhand via siphoning water from the Sidheshwari stream. The extension incorporates overview, plan, and building a flood across the stream.

"The water and profluent treatment business of L&T Construction has gotten a recurrent EPC request from the Department of Water Resources, Government of Jharkhand, to execute the Masalia Ranishwar Megalift water system plot on a turnkey premise," the organization said in explanation.

The organization is as of now executing a comparable lift water system project in Jharkhand's Garhwa region.
