The bill to revise the Constitution to refresh the new guide was postponed in the National Assembly, the upper house on Sunday, a day after the House of Representatives collectively supported it.
Every one of the 57 individuals from the National Assembly, who were available on the event, casted a ballot for the alteration bill. There was zero vote against the Bill.
National Assembly Chairperson Ganesh Timilsina said that 57 individuals decided in favor of the bill.
"There was no democratic against the bill and none of the individuals decided in favor of the impartial class too," Timilsina said.
Presently the bill will be sent to President Bidya Devi Bhandari for verification after which it will be joined in the Constitution. From that point onward, the new guide will be utilized in every single authority record, including the ensign.

The Cabinet had supported the new political guide on May 18.
