Gujarat govt approves construction of high-rises of over 70 floors

Rupani has affirmed development of structures of 70 stories or more in five significant urban areas of the express, the legislature said on Tuesday.

The plot size to develop a high rise having a tallness between 100 to 150 meters must be 2,500 sqm, and 3,500 sqm if the proposed stature is over 150 meters.

Aside from readiness of a fiasco the board plan, an air stream trial of the model structure has been made mandatory under the new standards, the delivery said.

Rupani radiated certainty that the new guidelines will guarantee ideal use of land and in the long run help in bringing down the costs of houses.
