China on Thursday said Chinese and Indian soldiers have taken "compelling measures" to separate at the Galwan Valley and different regions along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in eastern Ladakh and the circumstance is "steady and improving," days after the different sides conceded to a quick withdrawal of troopers from all the deadlock focuses.
